How to buy?

How does delivery work?
Your order will be sent via the Post Office or one of our partner carriers, to the address indicated in the registration.
The delivery time within the national territory varies from 5 to 10 business days, depending on your location, and to track the transport, you will receive the tracking code by email or you can request it via contato@soulsecret.com.br.
What about the return policy?
You can request a return within 7 calendar days from the receipt of your order. For defective products, the return period is 15 calendar days from the date of delivery.
The product must not show signs of use, must be in its original packaging, and must include the DANFE (Auxiliary Document of the Electronic Invoice), along with all seals, tags, and accessories.
